AN ACT CONCERNING ASSAULT OF A SCHOOL TEACHER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 952 of the general statutes be amended to increase the penalty faced by a person who commits assault against a school teacher on school property.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the penalty for assaults on teachers.
