AN ACT CONCERNING APPEALS OF ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER DECISIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require appeals of animal control officer decisions to be taken to the Superior Court rather than to the Department of Agriculture.
Statement of Purpose:
To expedite appeals of animal control officer decisions.
