AN ACT AUTHORIZING LOCAL BANS ON THE TRAPPING OF ANIMALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to enact ordinances to ban trapping of animals within the boundaries of such municipality.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for local control of trapping.
