AN ACT CONCERNING AN INCREASE IN THE HANDLING FEE FOR BOTTLE REDEMPTION CENTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the handling fee for bottle redemption centers.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote recycling and the continued employment of workers in the bottle redemption industry.
