AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO IDENTIFY STATE TAXES THAT COST MORE TO ADMINISTER THAN IS GAINED IN REVENUE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force shall be established to identify state taxes that cost more for the state to collect in administrative costs than the state gains in revenue received from the imposition of such taxes.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to identify state taxes that cost more for the state to collect in administrative costs than the state gains in revenue received from the imposition of such taxes.
