AN ACT CONCERNING SMOKING IN MOTOR VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit anyone from smoking in a motor vehicle when a minor is present in such vehicle.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect children from secondhand smoke while riding in a motor vehicle.
