AN ACT CONCERNING A GRANT PROGRAM FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL PERSONNEL TO OBTAIN BULLETPROOF VESTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, within available appropriations, to establish a competitive grant program for emergency medical personnel to obtain bulletproof vests.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a competitive grant program for emergency medical personnel to obtain bulletproof vests.
