AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FARM DISTILLERY PERMIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 30-16 of the general statutes be amended to create a farm distillery permit that is modeled after the farm winery permit.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow farms to operate on-site distilleries under certain conditions.
