AN ACT CONCERNING AN INCENTIVE PROGRAM TO ENCOURAGE YOUNG PROFESSIONALS TO LIVE IN URBAN AREAS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to create an incentive program that would encourage young professionals to live in urban areas in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To institute an incentive program to encourage young professionals to live and work in the state's urban areas.
