AN ACT INCREASING PENALTIES FOR HATE CRIMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 952 of the general statutes be amended to increase penalties for hate crimes.
Statement of Purpose:
To deter and prevent hate crimes by increasing the penalties for hate crimes.
