AN ACT CONCERNING MINORS AT THE ENTRANCE OR EXIT OF A STATE HIGHWAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit any person from knowingly permitting a minor to loiter or remain at or near the entrance or exit of a state highway and to provide that any person who violates such prohibition shall have committed an infraction.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the safety of minors and drivers by prohibiting a person from knowingly permitting a minor to loiter or remain at or near the entrance or exit of a state highway.
