AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE THAT SHALL EXPLORE THE FEASIBILITY OF CREATING A HEALTH COURT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to review the state's existing court system and thereafter explore the feasibility of creating a health court.
Statement of Purpose:
To explore the possibility of creating a health court.
