AN ACT CONCERNING PYRRHOTITE IN CONCRETE USED IN FOUNDATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that concrete intended for use in structure foundations be tested for the presence of pyrrhotite before it may be used.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent structural problems in foundations.
