AN ACT REQUIRING THE STREAMLINING OF HEALTH DATA COLLECTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the streamlining of health data collection across state agencies.
Statement of Purpose:
To streamline health data collection across state agencies.
