AN ACT CONCERNING THE LICENSING OF BARBERS AND HAIRDRESSERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 20 of the general statutes be amended to remove any criminal history restrictions on the licensing of a barber or hairdresser.
Statement of Purpose:
To remove criminal history restrictions for licensing of a barber or hairdresser.
