AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE MENTAL HEALTH COMMUNITY INVESTMENT FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 17a of the general statutes be amended to establish the Mental Health Community Investment Fund and that section 12-743 of the general statutes be amended to allow taxpayers to contribute a portion of their refunds to the fund.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for financial support of critical mental health services.
