AN ACT REVISING THE SCOPE OF PRACTICE REVIEW PROCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to permit the General Assembly to consider only a review and evaluation by the scope of practice review committees established pursuant to section 19a-16e of the general statutes of a request for reconsideration or expansion of a scope of practice that is made not less than five years after the original request for a scope of practice review.
Statement of Purpose:
To amend the process of approval of requests for a scope of practice review.
