AN ACT CONCERNING A CAP ON STATE EDUCATIONAL REIMBURSEMENT FOR STATE EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to cap reimbursements for state employees for educational expenses to the level of the tuition at a state university.
Statement of Purpose:
To cap educational reimbursements for state employees to an in-state university tuition level.
