AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETIC CONFERENCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 163 of the general statutes be amended to require the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference to be under the governing authority of the Department of Education and to submit an annual report to the General Assembly regarding the activities of the conference.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase oversight of the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference.
