AN ACT DELAYING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN STORMWATER PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to delay the implementation of MS4 stormwater permit requirements.
Statement of Purpose:
To delay the implementation of MS4 stormwater permit requirements.
