AN ACT PROHIBITING THE DISTRIBUTION OF UNSOLICITED MARKETING FLYERS TO HOMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the unsolicited distribution of marketing flyers to homes.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent litter and to limit sales solicitations.
