AN ACT CONCERNING THE TIMING OF THE REMOVAL OF PUPPIES FROM THEIR MOTHER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the taking of puppies from their mother prior to eight weeks of age.
Statement of Purpose:
To keep puppies with their mother for a certain minimum amount of time.
