AN ACT DECREASING THE ALLOWABLE DAILY LIMIT FOR THE RELEASE OF CERTAIN BALLOONS INTO THE ATMOSPHERE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 26-25c of the general statutes be amended to decrease the allowable daily limit of balloons inflated with helium or lighter-than-air gases from ten to one.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the daily limit for the release of helium filled balloons into the atmosphere from ten to one.
