AN ACT INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF CHILD SUPPORT THAT MAY BE ORDERED IN A FAMILY LAW MATTER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 46b-84 and 46b-171 of the general statutes be amended to increase the proportion of child support that shall be paid in a family law matter.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide adequate financial support for children.
