AN ACT CONCERNING PENALTIES FOR DEALING SYNTHETIC DRUGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to increase penalties for persons who distribute synthetic drugs.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase penalties for dealing synthetic drugs.
