AN ACT CONCERNING PRESCRIPTION DRUG ABUSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to hold recipients of prescription drugs accountable if they knowingly allow access for others to use their prescription drugs.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent prescription drug abuse.
