AN ACT CONCERNING PENALTIES FOR DEALING PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to increase penalties for persons convicted of distributing prescription drugs illegally.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the penalty on the unlawful dealing of prescription drugs.
