AN ACT CONCERNING THE RELEASE OF INFORMATION BY THE IMMUNIZATION REGISTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to provide full-time local health directors with real-time access to the immunization registry for existing individual-level data.
Statement of Purpose:
To better position local health departments to address the health needs of their jurisdiction in a timely manner.
