AN ACT CONCERNING TREATMENT OF A MINOR FOR VENEREAL DISEASE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-216 of the general statutes be amended to permit the treatment of a minor for venereal disease to include preventative and prophylactic treatments.
Statement of Purpose:
To add preventative and prophylactic treatments to the permitted treatments of minors for venereal disease.
