AN ACT STUDYING RIDERSHIP ON THE METRO NORTH RAILROAD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Transportation study ridership on the Metro North railroad during peak traveling hours and evaluate the need for additional train cars or increased services during such hours.
Statement of Purpose:
To study rail service in Connecticut to ensure quality and timely service.
