AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND SERVICE AGREEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-41 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Motor Vehicles to enter into agreements with contractors to issue licenses and motor vehicle registrations and perform other services related to motor vehicles.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the use of contractors by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
