AN ACT PROVIDING A DISCOUNT ON DRIVER'S LICENSE RENEWAL FEES FOR WARTIME VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 14 of the general statutes be amended to grant any veteran who performed service in time of war a discount of fifty per cent on any fee charged by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles for the renewal of such veteran's motor vehicle operator's license.
Statement of Purpose:
To give wartime veterans a discounted fee on renewing their driver's licenses.
