AN ACT CONCERNING STATE EMPLOYEE PENSION CALCULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 66 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate mileage reimbursements, longevity payments and overtime compensation from the pension calculation formula for state employees.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that state employee pension calculations are based only on income.
