AN ACT REQUIRING THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO VOTE ON STATE EMPLOYEE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a vote by each chamber of the General Assembly on all state employee collective bargaining agreements.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the General Assembly to vote on all state employee union contracts.
