AN ACT MAKING RENEWABLE ENERGY CREDITS HAVE AN EQUAL VALUE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to make each renewable energy credit for all types of clean energy generation have an equal value.
Statement of Purpose:
To make renewable energy credits have an equal value.
