AN ACT EXEMPTING BUSINESSES' PERSONAL PROPERTY MORE THAN TEN YEARS OLD FROM THE PROPERTY TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 203 of the general statutes be amended to exempt a business's tangible personal property more than ten years old from the property tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tax relief to businesses.
