AN ACT AUTHORIZING SPECIAL TAX OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A RAIL STATION IN ENFIELD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with sections 13b-74 to 13b-77, inclusive, of the general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate fifteen million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of Transportation for the purpose of construction of a rail station in Enfield.
Statement of Purpose:
To construct a rail station in Enfield.
