AN ACT REQUIRING THE REPEAL OF BURDENSOME AND OUTDATED REGULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal the statutory authorization for burdensome and outdated agency regulations.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal burdensome and outdated regulations.
