AN ACT CONCERNING DEVELOPERS AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPLICATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit a developer from filing an affordable housing application with a municipality pursuant to section 8-30g of the general statutes for a period of one year if the developer has already filed a related application for the same property with such municipality.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit a developer from filing an affordable housing application with a municipality for a period of one year if the developer has already filed a related application on the same property with such municipality.
