AN ACT PROVIDING CONDOMINIUM RESIDENTS WITH INCREASED INPUT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapters 825 and 828 of the general statutes be amended to afford owners and nonowner residents of a condominium complex the opportunity to (1) offer input with respect to the condominium complex developer, and (2) place appropriate limitations on condominium developer control.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow owners and residents of condominium units to speak out on issues relating to their homes and to place appropriate limitations on condominium developer control.
