AN ACT CONCERNING THE REMOVAL OF CERTAIN NONTENANTS FROM ONE'S HOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 832 of the general statutes be amended to provide a homeowner with an expeditious legal process that effectuates the removal of a nontenant from the home.
Statement of Purpose:
To create an expeditious legal process that effectuates the removal of a nontenant from one's home.
