AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID COVERAGE OF RADIOLOGY AND IMAGING SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to restore sufficient Medicaid funding for radiology and imaging services to facilitate important medical tests and improve health outcomes for Medicaid recipients.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore Medicaid funding for radiology and imaging services needed to improve health outcomes.
