AN ACT CONCERNING PREVAILING WAGE RATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to increase the threshold amount for public works projects required to abide by prevailing wage laws.
Statement of Purpose:
To update the prevailing wage rates.
