AN ACT CONCERNING THE PREVAILING WAGE THRESHOLDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to raise the thresholds which public works projects must abide by the prevailing wage laws to reflect inflation.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the burden on local taxpayers.
