AN ACT ESTABLISHING FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE SAVINGS ACCOUNTS AND PROVIDING A TAX DEDUCTION FOR ACCOUNT CONTRIBUTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish family and medical leave savings accounts and provide a tax deduction against the personal income tax for contributions made to such accounts by taxpayers.
Statement of Purpose:
