AN ACT ELIMINATING THE MUNICIPAL SPENDING CAP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the municipal spending cap.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide financial relief to municipalities.
