AN ACT PERMITTING COLLABORATIVE ARRANGEMENTS BETWEEN PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS AND THEIR SUPERVISING PHYSICIANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 370 of the general statutes be amended to allow a physician assistant to enter into a collaborative arrangement with his or her supervising physician.
Statement of Purpose:
To remove outdated requirements concerning physician assistants and improve access to health care.
