AN ACT REQUIRING A CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORDS CHECK FOR TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANY DRIVERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a transportation network company, prior to permitting an individual to act as a transportation network company driver, to require the individual to be fingerprinted and submit to a state and national criminal history records check.
Statement of Purpose:
To require transportation network company drivers to be fingerprinted and submit to a state and national criminal history records check.
