AN ACT CONCERNING THE RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
To establish a pilot program to be implemented in the city of Bridgeport for the purposes of educating motor vehicle operators about their rights and responsibilities while using the highways of this state.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a pilot program in Bridgeport to educate motor vehicle operators about their rights and responsibilities while using the highways of this state.
