AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE COMPTROLLER TO ANALYZE CERTAIN CUMULATIVE MONTHLY FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 3-115 of the general statutes be amended to authorize the Comptroller to include in the cumulative monthly financial statements, an analysis of the statement of estimated revenue and the statement of appropriation requirements to the end of the fiscal year rather than being required to furnish what was provided by the Office of Policy and Management pursuant to section 4-66 of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the Comptroller to analyze the cumulative monthly financial statements issued by the Office of Policy and Management.
